The making coconut oil through cooling methods which begin from peeling to scraping to squeezing and distilling. The final activity is allowing visitors to try making a sweet, Kanom Kee Mun, from the leftover of the oil making process. Such dessert is rare to find in the modern day.

Authentic Local Samui Coco Food in the Garden: Having lunch in the garden among pleasant atmospheres of crops plantations such as Durian, Langsad, Rambutan is an enjoyable time. And lunch of the locals’ style where coconut is the main ingredient of various dishes such as vegetable green curry, galangal chicken soup, fried local vegetable, fried eggs on banana leaf, etc.
After the meal, we walk through the garden to enjoy the sightseeing of natural resources comprising of forest streams in the area of Hin Lad Waterfall which we walk through the temple and stop at the water fall which you have time to relax here. (Water condition subject to season)

Van take you from Water Fall to visit the Agricultural Technology Transfer Center- the local group of local people. Here Learn Samui Coco Life: Learning Samui Coconut Life is held at the Agricultural Technology Transfer Center. The Center comprises of agricultural wisdom which begins from coconut species, growing method. The activity includes demonstrations and making various crafts which arranged by the local people.

Enjoy Samui Coco Processing from a small manufactory handled by a local family: The processing located at Mr. Soontorn Ponoi-ngarm store is demonstrated using coconut hard shell and trunk which is the islanders’ ongoing wisdom. There is a display on the processing of making coconut stump and trunk into different products such as household appliances, souvenirs, decorative items or gifts, etc. which is done by a small machine and labour work aiming to produce attractive products through their expertise and delicacy.
After gaining knowledge and experience and enjoying various activities related to coconut, time to return to the hotel with a lovely handicraft souvenir you can bring to your home.
